1、FBCDZ—№16A型轴流式通风机操作规程一、启动前的检查1、检查各部位螺栓是否齐全、紧固。2、检查风机扇叶转动是否灵活，有无卡阻现象等。3、检查该风机的风门是否在开启位置，闭锁装置是否锁好。4、检查电压表、电流表、水柱计，温度计是否齐全完好，指示是否准确，可靠。5、检查风机电控设备是否正常。6、电源电压符合电动机启动要求。检查启动柜上的电压表指示值，是否在规定范围内：627—693V之间。7、电气设备接地良好，连接线紧固，无松动。8、垂直风门完好、密闭严，风道内无杂物。9、集流器、一、二级风机、扩散器连接部位密封、严实。10、检查叶轮
