1、厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心衰的疗效观察［摘要］目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心衰的疗效。方法将2014年1月〜2016年10月在我院老年医学科治疗的280例慢性充血性心衰患者随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、左心功能改善情况、心率及血压情况。结果观察组临床有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.71%,两组差异有统计学意义;观察组治疗后LVEF、LVEDd、LVESd明显较对照组改善，两组差异有统计学意义；观察组治疗后HR、DBP、SBP明显低于对照组，两组差异有统计
