2、ructions.Therefore,itisveryimportanttostudythepreparationandcorrosionresistanceofZn—AIcoatingstocreatehighperformancecoatings.Inthispaper,arcsprayingtechnologywasusedtoprepareZn—A1pseudoalloycoatingswithdifferentcontentsofAI.TheparameterswereoptimizedthroughtheBPartificialneu

3、ralnetworktechnique.Themicrostructuresofcoatingswerecharacterizedbyopticalmicroscopy,scanningelectronmicroscopy,energyspectrumanalysisandX-raydiffraction.Thecoupontestswereconductedtoevaluatethecorrosionresistanceofcoatingsinthreek.indsofsimulatedmarineenvironments,includingn

4、eutralsalt—spraytest,splashtestandimmersiontest.Atthesametime,thecorrosionmechanismsofcoatingsindifferentenvironmentswerediscussed.TheresearchresultsshowedthatmodelpredictionsobtainedthroughtheBPartificialneuralnetworktechniqueandexperimentaldataagreedreasonablywell,whichindi

5、catedthemodelWasreliableandavailable.ThreekindsofZn—AIpseudoalloycoatingswithdifferentcontentsofA1andZn·15A1alloycoatingwerepreparedundertheoptimumparameters.Theappearancesandmicrostructuresofcoatingswereobserved,whichshowedthatthequalityofcoatingssatisfiedrelevantnationalsta

6、ndard.ThecoatingsurfacesofZn-14AIandZn一46A1wererougherthanthoseofZn-15AIandZn一27A1.TheresultsofXRDshowedthatallthepseudoalloycoatingswerecomposedoftheZnphaseandtheA1phase.TheresultsofEDSshowedthattherewereZnenrichmentzonesandAIenrichmentzonesintheZn-AIpseudoalloycoatings,howe

7、ver,thechemicalcompositionWasuniformintheZn一15A1coating.Theresultsoftheelectrochemicalmeasurementsshowedthattheopen·circuitpotentialofthesecoatingsshiftedpositivelywithincreasingthecontentofAIinthesolutionof3.5llwt%NaCI.However,theopen—circuitpotentialsofthesecoatingsdidnotdi
