1、～麴一古牧地镇被征地农民补偿安置满意度调查研究摘要随着乌鲁木齐市新市区北扩及三化进程的开展，大量农用地因需要转为建设用地，征地数量与日俱增，造成了大量农民失地失业。由于古牧地镇属于多民族聚集区，土地征收与补偿安置情况复杂，从而引发了诸多社会矛盾，被征地农民在征地补偿安置中，有很多的不满。因此对古牧地镇被征地农民补偿安置满意度进行调查，从而为政府决策及制定征地安置方案提供参考依据。本研究以交易费用理论、特别牺牲理论、可持续发展理论及效用理论为支撑，通过对研究区域实地走访发放调查问卷，对古牧地镇被征地农民补偿安置满意度进行分析
