1、朝阳大桥高墩翻模施工技术一、朝阳大桥工程概况凤翔路口至永寿高速公路段是西部省际公路通道银川至武汉线的重要组成部分，同时也是陕西“米”字型公路主骨架网的重要组成路段。该项目建设对实施西部大开发，促进东西部地区经济全面协调发展具有十分重要的作用。朝阳大桥是凤翔路口至永寿高速公路段高速公路上的控制工程，该桥位于长武县冉店镇东约5公里处的鸭儿沟沟口，东临泾河，为主线跨越鸭儿沟的一座大桥。桥面净宽24.5米，最大桥高130米，最高桥墩101米。左半幅桥梁起点桩号K63+081.50，终点桩号为K63+749.50，桥梁长668.0米；右半幅桥梁起点桩号为K63+051.50，终点桩号为K63+
2、749.50，桥梁全长698.0米。主桥为55+4×100+55米预应力混凝土刚构-连续组合梁，引桥位于起点岸，左半幅为一联5×30米一联预应力混凝土连续箱梁，右半幅为一联6×30米一联预应力混凝土连续箱梁。全桥共有预制箱梁44片，各类桩基5408米/128棵，共需混凝土约56500立方，钢筋约7500吨，钢铰线约800吨，预应力钢筋约110吨。朝阳大桥主桥6～11号桥墩采用薄壁空心桥墩，桥墩高21～101m，横桥向宽6．50米。主桥7～1１号桥墩采用双肢薄壁空心桥墩，横桥向宽6.50米，顺桥向单薄壁3.00米、５.０米。7号墩高72m，壁厚顺桥向0.60米，横桥向1.00米，9、1
