1、摘要近年来，随着国际经济一体化和国内经济的迅速发展，我国企业所面临的竞争越来越激烈，所要承担的风险也越来越多。为了在竞争中获胜，越来越多的企业开始实施竞争情报和风险管理。目前，企业风险管理尚停留在对纯风险的管理上，而对企业所面临的市场、技术、管理等动态风险的管理还不能尽如人意。因此，本文提出将竞争情报应用于企业风险管理中，使企业风险管理从对纯风险的单一、静态管理拓展到对企业所有风险的全面、动态管理；同时，用风险管理理念指导竞争情报工作，使其更具有针对性以及更加有效，从而使企业管理者实时掌握竞争态势，洞悉潜在风险

2、，进而提高企业应变能力、抗风险能力以及市场竞争力。本文在对竞争情报、企业风险以及风险管理进行综述的基础上，结合企业实践案例，应用文献调查法、对比分析法、案例调查法等研究方法，重点论述了将竞争情报应用于企业风险管理的主要工作流程，并在此基础上讨论了竞争情报工作在企业高风险领域，如危机处理和风险投资中的应用，还简单阐述了竞争情报应用于风险管理过程中应当注意的问题。关键词：竞争情报风险管理企业管理ResearchontheApplicationofCompetitiveIntelligencetoEnterprise
