4、事件。1.2Scope:Quarrelandaffray,theft(orsuspicious),lossofproperty,injuryanddeath,damageofequipment,takingawaywithoutpermission,drunkard,harassmentassaultandbattery,anyotheremergencies,etc.事故、事件范围：吵架、打架、盗窃、怀疑偷窃、丢失物品、伤亡、设备损坏、醉酒、私拿物品、骚扰、人身攻击、各类紧急事件等等。2.Communicationofincide

5、nt事件的报告2.1AnyonewhodiscoverstheincidentoraccidentshouldreporttoLossPreventionimmediately.任何人发现上述事件或事故，应立即报告防损部。2.2Associateatthesceneshouldnotifyhis/herDepartmenthead/supervisorimmediately.现场员工应当立即报告本部门上级领导和主管。2.3LossPrevent!onSupervisorondutyshouldnotifyManageronduty/

6、Guestservicemanagerimmediatelywhenreceivingreport防损部当班主管接到报告立即通知酒店值班经理/宾客服务经理。1.1Manageronduty/GuestServicemanagershouldevaluatetheincidentandinformtoconcernedEXCOMMembersimmediatelyifrequired.酒店值班经理/宾客服务经理应当将紧急事件立即报告酒店行政委员会成员。2.Securetheseene保护现场2.1Everyoneisliabletop
