7、析的背景在科技高速发展的今天,企业与企业的竞争日趋激烈。企业之间的竞争不仅体现在产品、质量与服务上,更多的体现在企业拥有的技术、创新与人才上。人力资本现在已经成为企业宝贵的资本。著名的管理大师,曾在GE任CEO的韦尔奇曾经说过:“人才与策略不同,是无法被对手公司轻易效仿的。”可见,企业要想在竞争中获胜,更重要的是要拥有不会被别的公司轻易模仿的人才队伍,因此对现代企业来说,人力资源管理已经不是简单的人事行政职能了,而是要通过人力资源管理的建设和发展,为企业招募、培养、留住优秀人才,使之成为企业的核心竞争力之一。而在人力资源的各个模块中,培训已经成为人力资源开
