2、uture.China,whichhasthemostpopulationintheworld,alsohasthemostagingpopulationintheworld.Sincethepresentingresearchmorefocusedontheresidentialsides,thisstudytrytofindoutbettertourpackagesforelderagedtoenablethetravelingindustrycouldworkoutproperandrighttou

3、rsthroughthereviewofelderconsumerbehavior.ThisstudyadoptedE-K-BConsumerBehaviorModelasconceptualframework.Throughquestionnairesurveymethod,Wuhan’selderwasconductedasrespondentstooverviewtheirconsumingpractices.Thisresearchfoundthattheelder’stravelingmotiv

4、esweretorelaxandrelievepressure,visitspotswithnaturalscenery,andseenovelthings.Theirmaininformationresourceswerecamefromrelativesandfriends,newspapers,magazines,andtelevisionreports.Inassessmentofatraveltour,theywereemphasizedontheservicequalityoftravelag

5、encies,followedbytheirreputation,andcomfortableaccommodation.Basedontheaboveresults,thisstudysuggestedthattravelindustryshouldcoordinatewithmedia,promoteviainternetandwebsites.And,strengthentheircustomerrelationmanagementtobuildupbrandsandofferconsiderate

6、servicestomeettheconsumerneeds.Aftertheendofthetrip,youcantakeadvantageofthequestionnaire,thenetworkquestionnaireorphonetogetthefeedbackoftheelderly,andcustomermanagementsystemtomanageandanalyzethecharacteristicsoftheelderlyandconsumerbehavior,inordertoen
