1、实用标准文案CaO基吸附剂论文:CaO基吸附剂的复合改性研究【中文摘要】众所周知,CO2是导致全球变暖的主要因素。统计表明,工业排放的CO2中33%来自化石燃烧产生的高温烟道气。因此,开发高效的高温CO2吸附剂尤为重要。CaO作为工业常用的高温C02吸附剂,价廉易得,但存在易烧结,循环使用率低等问题。本文通过添加V205和高铝水泥对CaO进行改性,制备了一种复合改性吸附剂SMV-CaO。利用固定床反应器系统地研究了该吸附剂在不同条件下的碳化及再生性能,并建立了碳化和再生动力学模型。结果表明,添加剂V205的适宜添加量为2%wt,V2O5与CaO反应生成的焦钒酸钙(Ca2
2、V2O7)具有加速CaO碳化和再生反应速率,降低再生温度的作用,但也具有加剧CaO烧结的负面效应。高铝水泥能有效抑制CaO的烧结,从循环稳定性、吸收能力、碳化衰减速度三方面综合考察,其最佳添加量为5%wt。对复合改性吸附剂SMV-CaO进行XRD和SEM测试发现,高铝水泥与CaO反应生成了Ca12Al14O33,该物质耐热性好,对CaO微观结构的稳定起着支架作用,有效地改进了CaO的循环稳定性。本实验系统中,SMV-CaO的最佳碳化和再生温度分别为600℃、800℃。CO2浓度在15%-50%时,SMV-CaO的碳化转化率受浓度影响较大,继续增至100%时,浓度影响减弱
