2、，人力资源信息，提供决策支持，人力资源信息，让用户及时与对方沟通，并轻松地与其他系统合作。在本文中，人力资源管理系统提出了基于SSH框架结合现代人力资源管理理论和企业的事实。人力资源管理的当前状态进行了分析。本文系统有许多功能，如：员工管理模块，部门管理模块，公告管理模块，工作管理模块，工资管理模块。HMRS建立的目的是巩固人力资源管理相关的所有信息，形成一个统一的数据资源，帮助人力资源系统管理员进行人力资源的管理和布局。关键词：人力资源管理系统；SSH框架；mysql数据库TheDesignandImplemen
