4、·······································16摘要从二十世纪八十年代开始,随着信息产业技术、知识经济和经济全球化的发展,组织的经营和管理模式发生了很大的变化,业务外包兴起就是这些诸多变化中的一种,人力资源管理外包是所有业务外包类型当中发展最快的领域之一。它是一种将各种人力资源管理业务外包给第三方服务商的人力资源服务提供模式,从而达到降低成本,提高效率,赢得竞争优势的人力资源战略管理的目的。本研究基于人力资源外包的现状,存在的主要问题,对人力资源管理外包的理论和实务进行了研究,为
