7、egroundcomesnearto20.000m2(65.000sq.ft.). Itconsistsontheurbanisationthroughanewuninterruptedstonepavement,fountainsand‘mega-tree-pots’aroundanewculturalcenterbuilding.Thelatteriscomposedoftwodifferentarchitecturaltypologies,oldandnew,whichworkonasymbioticmannerprovidingtraditionala

8、ndtransformablespaces.Undertheseareasandbuildingadouble-deckparkingabsorbsthevehicleimpactworkingtogetherwithundergroundroadsandbusstops,freeingtheuppersquarespacestopedestriansandbikes.“Thisinterventionchangesthetraditionalwayofunderstandingnewpedestrianareasonbuiltenvironmentasitd
