8、荣、焦叔斌、张晓东、金国强、王俊、王国清、张少君。GB/T19580-2004引言为了引导组织追求卓越绩效,提高产品、服务和经营质量,增强竞争优势,促进经济持续快速健康发展,根据《中华人民共和国产品质量法》、国务院颁布的《质量振兴纲要》的有关规定,特制定《卓越绩效评价准则》。本标准参照国外质量奖的评价准则,结合我国质量管理的实际情况,从领导,战略,顾客与市场,资源,过程管理,测量、分析与改进以及经营
