1、WORD格式整理摘要民间金融可以理解为政府监管以外的投资及资金借贷活动。随着改革开放的进程和市场化的发展，民间金融已经成为我国金融体系中不可或缺的一个重要组成部分，它在解决中小企业融资难，发展地方经济当中，起到了非常重要的作用。但是，也正是由于民间资本的急剧扩张，再加上它本身极强的隐蔽性，使之监管游离于政府监管之外，从而暴露了民间金融发展中的一系列问题。因此，我们迫切需要有关法律法规能为民间金融“正名”，从而对其进行有效的监督和管理。本文开篇引用国内外学者的研究内容，分析民间金融产生的原因及我国

2、民间金融未来的发展方向。其次，在现有的民间金融研究理论基础之上，结合我国民间金融存在的形式及发展特点，提出民间金融发展中存在的问题。再次，介绍部分国家民间金融发展的成功经验，以为我国民间金融的发展提供启示。最后，针对我国民间金融发展的现状，并借鉴国外的成功经验，提出规范我国民间金融发展的对策。关键词：民间金融；存在的问题；经验借鉴；对策；学习参考资料分享WORD格式整理AbstractInformalfinancecanbeunderstoodastheactivitiesofborrowing
