6、····································1818中北大学课程设计说明书1.机床参数的确定:(1)运动参数:回转主运动的机床,主运动的参数是主轴转速。①最低转速和最高转速:=12.5rpm=2120rpm②分级变速时的主轴转速数列:机床的分级变速机构共有Z级。Z=12,。任意两级转速之间的关系应为:据=φ11,得:φ=1.58。查表得:各轴转速:12.5、20、31.5、50、80、125、200、315、500、800、1250、2120。(2)动力参数的确定:由任务书设定电动机功率:N=1.5KW。查表得应该选择Y系列三相异步电动机Y90L-4(同步转速

7、1500r/min,50HZ,380V),转速1420rpm,效率81%。功率因素cosφ=0.82,额定转矩2.3KNm。2.运动设计:2.1传动组的传动副数的确定:传动组和传动副数可能的方案有:12=4*312=3*412=3*2*212=2*3*212=2*2*3在上列各方案中,前两个有时可以省掉一根轴。缺点是有一个传动组内有四个传动副。如果用一个四联滑移齿轮,则会增加轴向尺寸;如果用两个双联滑移齿轮,则操纵机构必须互锁以防止
