1、摘要本设计为10层综合办公楼,拟建于大庆市区,总建筑面积11596m2,总高度33.6m,底部层高3.9m,标准层高3.3m。主体采用框架结构体系,基础采用桩基础。7度抗震设防,二类场地。本设计的内容包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计阶段根据房屋的使用功能及建筑设计的要求,进行了建筑平面,立面剖面及防火疏散设计。结构设计阶段进行了结构平面布置、估算截面尺寸、荷载计算、侧移验算、内力计算、内力组合及构件设计等工作,水平地震作用下,框架采用底部剪力法进行计算。竖向荷载作用下框架内力采用二次分配法。基础采用桩基础。并完成了结构设计说明及标准层结构平面布置图、框架配
