2、一次抽样调查，结果发现，中学生中有2/5左右的孩子有不同程度的心理障碍。这些数据表明，青少年成长过程中出现的心理疾病较成人更为严重。六、活动目的：端正学生的心理发展方向，避免学生在成长过程中产生不良的心理状态。七、活动过程：（一）、导入健康不仅仅是没有躯体疾病、不体弱，而是一种躯体、心理和社会功能都良好的状态，有良好的社会适应能力。（二）、青少年心理健康标准 ①智力正常。 ②有情绪的稳定性与协调性。 ③有较好的社会适应性。 ④有和谐的人际关系。 ⑤反应能力适度与行为协调。 ⑥心理年龄符合实际年龄。 ⑦有心
