1、现阶段我国中央银行全面放开金融机构贷款利率管制。利率市场化将给我国商业银行带来巨大的挑战，造成经营模式转变、利差收入的缩小、利率风险和信用风险的增加。商业银行应该在借鉴别国经验的基础上发展中间业务、推动替代性金融产品发展以及加强成本管理完善利率风险管理体系等措施来积极应对利率市场化所带来的挑战。本文首先从两个方面解释了利率市场化的含义，其次详细分析我国利率市场化的发展进程，明确我国利率市场化的发展现状。第三部分分析利率市场化对我国商业银行所带来的挑战。最后部分我国商业银行吸取别国风险管理经验制定出适合本商业银行风险管理建议，使得我国商业银行竞争
2、能力得以提高，促进经济发展需求。本文的写作重点是利率市场化对商业银行的挑战，商业银行采取积极的应对措施。二十世纪70年代至今，国外一些大型商业银行在风险管理机制建设方面积累了丰富的经骑。但是，我国商业银行的风险管理意识和机制迄今仍然比较薄弱和脆弱，以至于商业银行资产质量状况一直难以得到根本改善。因此，研究国外商业银行的风险管理显得尤为重要。关键词利率市场化；商业银行；风险管理；挑战；应对措施AbstractThemarket-orientedinterestrateisthecentralbanktorelaxcontrolsoninteres
