1、在校护理本科生的基层就业意向及影响因素的调查研究王包兰陈方平(南京中医药大学江苏南京210023)【摘要】目的：了解当前木科护牛的基层的就业意向，以期对护生就业提供参考并调查分析基层医院就业意向的影响因素，以便医学院校采取相应的措施指导其就业。方法：采用配额抽样的方法，以自行设计问卷对9「名护理木科生关于基层医院就业意向、就业认知、就业影响因素、就业指导方面进行调查。结果：14.3%的木科护牛表示非常愿意从事基层医院护理工作,34.1%的木科护牛表示可以考虑基层医院护理工作，就业意向普遍较低，不同就业意向的木科护牛对基层医院的认

2、知情况存在统计学意义(P<0.01)o个人发展空间成为影响当前木科护生基层医院就业意向的首要因素，其次是工资待遇。求职途径单一，对就业指导的需求大。结论：对基层医院了解的局限性在一定程度上制约了木科护生的基层医院的就业意向。木科护牛应转变就业观念，加强对基层医院信息的了解，医学院校教师应做好就业指导工作，积极引导学牛树立正确的就业择业观，拓宽学牛的就业视野，帮助学牛了解多渠道就业途径。基层医院应加强与医学院校的沟通联系，为木科护牛基层就业提供就业平台。【关键词】木科护生；就业意向；基层医院；就业指导【中图分类号】R195【
