2、TheCancerGenomeAtlas（TCGA）数据库初步分析GPC5突变和拷贝数变异情况。结果我们的研究发现肺腺癌肿瘤组织中GPC5表达量明显低于正常组织（P<0.0001）。这项结果也被GEO公共数据库验证。TCGA数据库资料显示，GPC5基因的拷贝数变异广泛存在，杂合子缺失者的GPC5表达水平较拷贝数扩增者明显降低。结论我们推测GPC5基因可能对肺腺癌的发生有抑制作用，值得进一步研究。关键词：肺腺癌，GPC5，基因表达，实时定量PCR[基金项目]国家自然科学基金面上项目（81171903）作者简介：饶文，男，流行病与卫生统计学硕士研究生在读，电话86-23-6
