3、  Astheauthorworksintheuniversity,herjobbringsconvenienceforthesubjectsanddatacollection.SomeofthecolleaguesandtheundergraduatesinNorthEastDianLiUniversityarechosenasthesubjectsofthispaper.Theauthorisveryfamiliarwithsomeofthem,whilesomearenot.Thedatacollectionwasc

4、arriedoutbytakinguseofthreemethods:questionnaire,fieldobservationandinterview.4  Thedifferencesbetweenmaleteachers’praiseformalestudentsandmaleteachers’praiseforfemalestudentsinthecontentsofpraisewillbeillustratedinthefollowingtable:  Asfarasthecontentofmaleteache

5、rs’praiseisconcerned,itiseasytodiscoverfromtable1thattheproportionofintelligence,ability,creativityis71.82%and43.64%,53.18%and12.73%,40.45%and6.36%formalestudentsandfemalestudentsrespectively.Fromthedataabove,itisclearthatmaleteachersplacemuchmoreemphasisonmalestu

6、dents’intelligence,abilityandcreativityintheirpraise;onthecontrary,maleteacherstendtopaymuchmoreattentiontofemalestudents’diligence,obedienceandgoodattitude,whichcanbefoundoutinthesedata:69.55%vs.25%,43.64%vs.6.36%,62.73%vs.34.55%.Thefollowingexamplesaregoodeviden
