1、B■内酰胺酶抑制剂治疗小儿难治性肺炎临床疗效观察吕伍梅(湖南省邵阳市第二人民医院湖南邵阳422000)【摘要】目的：探讨β■内酰胺酶抑制剂治疗小儿难治性肺炎临床特点及疗效。方法：分析了2013年6月〜2014年4月我院收治的88例小儿难治性肺炎患儿的临床资料，随机将患儿分成观察组44例和对照组44例。观察组选用阿莫西林与克拉维酸合成剂治疗，对照组给予头抱哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗，比较两组患儿治疗疗效及临床症状、体征的消失。结果：观察组44例中，显效30例，有效口例，无效3例，治疗总有效率为93.18%,对照组44例中，显效
2、30例，有效10例，无效13例，治疗总有效率为70.45%,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o观察组患儿平均退热时间及肺部症状平均消失时间均短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：β■内酰胺酶抑制剂治疗小儿难治性肺炎临床疗效较好，值得推广使用。【关键词】β・内酰胺酶抑制剂；小儿难治性肺炎；治疗疗效【中图分类号】R720.5【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2015)23-0018-02Betalactamaseinhibitors
