3、yofhighhardness,lowfrictioncoefficientandgoodabrasiveresistance,whichcannotonlyimprovecuttingefficiency,butalsoincreaseitslifetimecomparedwiththecementedcarbidet001.ConsideringthatonlyreasonablecuttingparametersandgeometricalangleoftoolcanmaximizetheadvantagesofPCDtool,thisthesisdesignedthegeomet

4、ricalangleofPCDtoolusedforhighcuttingfeed.Finally,theresultwasobtainedbasedontheoptimizationmethodandexperimentresearch.Themajorresearchworksareincludedasfollows:1.ThisthesisdesignedthetoolradiusofPCDtoolusedforhigh-feedbasedonthefiniteelementsimulation.Thegeometricalangleofhigh-feedPCDtoolisobta
