3、ftheresearch．Inthisthesis，theexperimentalpartwascarriedoutinthewindtunneltestrigwherethestaticpressure，shaftpower，airflowrateandstaticpressureefficiencyoftheenginecoolingfanweremeasured．Thefanprovidedbythefanmanufacturerwastakenasthetestsubject．Thestruct

4、ureandprincipleofthewindtunneltestr远aswellastestmethodandprocedure，wererecommendedbeforetheexperimentstarting．Theperformamecurvesweredrawnbyusingtheexperimentaldataandanalyzedtogetherwithaemdymmicsparameters．InordertoIn出erelevantcomparisons，aCFDnumerical

5、flowfieldmodelofthetestrigwithfanwasbuiltviathecomncrcialCFDsoftwareFluent．Theaerodymmicsparametersobtainedbysimulationofthenumericalflowfieldmodelwereevaluatedbycomparisonwithexperimentaldata．TheaccuracyandreliabilityoftheCFDsimulationwereverifiedbyreas

6、onthaterrorsofthemajorityofoperatingconditionswerelessthan3％，andthesimulationperformancecurveshadthesaInetrendwithexperimentalcurves．ThefanmodelwasparameterizedreconstructedSOthatthefanmodelcouldbecontronedandmodifiedconveniently．Thereconstructionof2Dair
