1、摘要随着我国互联网市场的不断发展，由互联网企业引导的新的并购浪潮逐渐展开，越来越多的学者开始关注互联网企业。但对于互联网企业并购的绩效好坏的判断，大多停留在案例以及理论分析上，鲜有学者对其进行定量的研究。首先，本文通过定性的理论分析对互联网企业并购特点、并购方式、并购原因进行定性的描述分析，为下文对互联网企业并购事件的定量分析提供依据和理论支持。其次，归纳总结评价并购绩效的文献、指标和方法，选取符合评价互联网企业绩效的指标，运用因子分析法构造综合评价函数，计算出综合得分。然后，对比并购前后公司综合得分的

2、变化情况来评判互联网公司并购的绩效。经过研究分析可得：从互联网行业整体角度来看按照并购前一年、并购当年、并购后一年、并购后两年的时间顺序，其并购绩效呈现逐年增加趋势；从不同并购类型的角度来分析，横向并购绩效呈现正U形变化曲线，纵向并购绩效呈现倒U型变化曲线，混合并购绩效呈现逐年增加趋势。最后综合上述定性与定量的分析，解释符合互联网企业自身行业特点的并购绩效变化原因。为上市互联网企业并购绩效的评价提供建议，为投资者投资高风险的互联网企业提供指导，为互联网企业高管对并购决策提供帮助。关键词：互联网企业并购并
