2、ehasbecomeamajorpartinourcountryenergyproductionandsupply.Ligniteisalowgradefuelofhighvolatile,highmoisture,lowcalorificvalue,lowashmeltingpoint,resultingthatit'snotconducivetotransportation,storage,lowefficiencyofdirectcombustion,greenhousegasemissionslargeandsoon.Sohowtoefficient,

3、economy,comprehensiveutilizationofligniteandmakefulluseoflignitepowergenerationisurgentlyneededtosolveproblemsandimprove.Thispaperdescribestheresearchbackground,significanceandresearchstatus,utilizationanalysistheoreticalanalysisandnumericalcombiningsimulationmethodofthelignitedryin

4、gandblending,ligniteelementalanalysis,TGAexperimentsandisothermaldryingexperimentanalysis,studyadryheatoflignite.Studylignitedryingtechnology,establishlignitedryingprocessmodel,andcalculatedandanalyzedthemodeldryersandprojectexamplesofregenerativeextractionsteamdryinglignite.Takingo

5、neplant600MWsupercriticalcoal-firedboilerastheresearchobject,takethenumericalsimulationforblendedlignitecombustionprocess,andblendedlignitewerethermodynamiccalculationinthepartitionperiodoffurnace.Resultsshowthatthelignitecoalsamplemoistureprecipitationoccurredmainlyunder180℃,15minu

6、tesbefore;thehigherthedryingtemperature,thehigherthedegreeoflignitedrying,thefasterthedryingrate.Usethesuperheatedsteamdryinglignite,thehighersteamtemperature,thelowerthesteamconsumptionnecessaryforlignitedrying;thehigherthelignitemoisturecontent,thelowersteamconsumptionnecessaryfor

7、lignitedrying.Whentheligniteblendingshareincreased,thefurnacetemperaturedropped,COconcentratiooftheburnerareaelevated,CO2concentrationinthehearthrised;afterthelignitedrying,furnacetemperatureincreased,theCOconcentrationintheburnerareadecreased,theCO2concentrationinthehearthdropped.F
