1、摘要当前世界各国社会医疗保险费用的持续增长表明现行的医疗保险费控制措施还需要进行更深入的研究，并且有必要探索新的治理措施来有效控制医疗费用。费用控制的目的在于保证医疗保险制度的健康运行和医疗资源的有效利用，也是解决我国的“看病难、看病贵”问题的关键所在。本文围绕当前社会医疗保险制度改革的难点与重点之一的医疗保险费用控制问题，采用文献法、比较法、例证法等方法进行研究分析，从介绍医疗费用不断增长的状况及趋势着手，分析影响医疗保险费用控制的宏观与微观因素，总结了国外医疗费用控制的措施和经验，探讨了我国费用控制的现状与医疗服务市场
