1、摘要漏磁检测是无损检测领域广泛应用的技术之一。目前，漏磁检测系统中使用应用软件一般都与实际应用工况耦合比较紧密，还没有统一、开放的软件平台可以适应各类漏磁检测系统的应用需求。漏磁检测软件平台即是为适应漏磁检测实际应用而配套研发的。通过对不同漏磁检测系统的研究，设计了以Windows组件对象模型和计算机网络为基础的漏磁检测软件平台，包括服务器、客户端和网络交互三个部分。为实现软件平台能适用于各类不同漏磁检测系统的功能特点，提出了以信号采集组件接口和信号分析组件接口为基础的漏磁检测软件平台体系结构，重点研究了漏磁检测系统中信号的采集、传输、处理、存储和显示等环节的实现方

2、法。针对在线检测系统和在役检测系统的特点，研究了漏磁检测软件平台中信号采集与反馈、网络控制传输、数据管理和组件调用等控制问题。根据漏磁检测系统在实际应用中的需求，研究了漏磁检测系统的检测流程控制过程。并在研究网络化漏磁检测系统的基础上设计了适应漏磁检测特点的网络交互应用层协议。最后，针对两类不同漏磁检测系统的工作要求，实现了对应的信号采集组件和信号分析组件。现场应用结果表明该软件平台工作稳定且具备良好的可扩展性能。关键词：漏磁检测无损检测信号采集网络交互组件IAbstractMFL(Magnecticfluxleakage)inspectionisonekindof
