2、icesandsmalldatatransferring.Sofartherehavebeenseveralinstitutessuch嬲3GPP,ETSI,CCSAstartedfull-scaleresearchandstandardizationofM2M.So陆cellularsystemsaredesignedaccordingtothetrafficrequirementsofH2Hcommunications.neysupplyintegratedsignalingproceduresinordertoensurethesecurityofdatatransferri

3、ngandtheflexibilityofcontrollingduringtheH2Hcommunication.InmanysensesofM2Mapplication,usuallyonlyafewdata(tenstohundredsbits)needstobesent,buttheprocedureofsignalingwilltakethousandsbitsofcost.ConsideringthehugenumberofM2Mdevices,extrasignalingwillnotonlydecreaSingthetransferringrate,butalsoc

4、ausesignalingcongestion,thusinfluentthesystemperformanceinbomH2HandM2Mcommunications.Inaconsequence,theoptimizationofsignalingandbearercontrolincellular,especially3G汀胍,systemsisnecessaryandmeaningfulforthesupportofM2Mapplications.Asfortheaboveissues,thispaperfirstanalyzesandsummarizesthetechno

5、logiesofM2MnetworkoptimizationfromthefollowingareaS:signaling,trafficmodeling,schedulingandrandomaccessalgorithms.Then,thispaperintroducesthedatatransferringandsignalingproceduresinL1msystemandM2Mtl'afhCcharacteristics,andpointsoutthelackofexistingsystems.BaSedontheanalysis,aSendMultipleCopies

6、ofDataScheme(SMCDS)isproposed.SMCDSmakescopiesoftheMACPDUwhenthedatascheduledismuchlargerthanthedatatobetransferred.AftersimulatingtheschemeandtheoriginalsystemschemeondifferentM2Mtrafnctypesanddifferentschedulingalgorithms,thesystemimprovementshowsthesystembenefitsofSMCDS.AtlaSt,thepaperintro
