2、ryinthe21stcentury,inthetideofeconomicglobalizationandtheinformation,intelligenceandnetworkrepresenteddrivenbytechnologicalprogress,contemporaryculturepresentsanewdevelopmenttrendofindustryagglomeration.ThesixthPlenarySessionoftheCommunistPartyCongresss
3、etsadevelopmentgoal—“culturalpower”,“Acceleratingthedevelopmentofculturalindustriesandpromotingtheculturalindustryhasbecomeapillarindustryofthenationaleconomy”isoneofitsmaindecision.Thedevelopmentofculturalindustryhasbecomeatrulynationalstrategy,vigorou
4、slydeveloptheculturalindustryhasbecomeanimportantcontentofgovernmentatalllevels,andhasbecomeanimportantpartofthegovernmentadministration.Clearlygraspthedevelopmentsituationoftheculturalindustryagglomeration,searchfortheruleofthedevelopmentofChina'scultu
5、ralindustryagglomeration,understandexistingproblemsofthedevelopmentofChina'sculturalindustryagglomeration,theseareveryimportantforthecountrytoimplement,evaluate,monitorandadjusttheculturalindustrypolicyandpromotethedevelopmentofculturalindustry.Therefor
6、e,thisarticledefinestheconceptoftheculturalindustryandculturalindustryagglomeration,thenselectsthemarketconcentrationindex(CRn)andtheHerfindahlIndex(HHI)tomeasurethelevelofculturalindustryagglomerationaboutvariousprovinces,andusesdynamicGMMmodelstodoane
7、mpiricalstudyoninfluencingfactors.Throughtheaboveanalysis,thisarticlefindsthefollowingthreeconclusions:First,fromtheregionalperspective,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Shandong,Shanghai,Zhejiangandothercoastalareashavebecomeamajorgatheringofculturalindustry,butthedis
