2、99).Beforeyoucanreceiveorpayforitemsonthesepurchaseorders,thePO’smustbeapproved.Beforetheycanbeapproved,youneedtocheckthePurchaseOrderTypeandchangethefund.1.CheckThePurchaseOrderTypeMostorderswereloadedasfirmorders.IfthatisnotthePOtypeforyourorder,pleasechoosethecorrectPOtypefromth
3、edrop-downmenu.Thereare6PurchaseOrdertypes:·Approval·Continuation·Depository·Exchange·FirmOrder·GiftItisimportanttochoosethecorrecttype,sothatwewillhaveaccuratestatisticswhenwerunreportsbyPOtypeinVoyager.2.ChangeTheFundTheonlywaywecouldloadtheOrbisfundsinopenordersintoVoyagerwastom
4、apthemtoamigrationfundendingin999.InVoyager,theallocatedfundcodesarethesameasthefundnamesinOrbis,butwithouttheyearattheend.(Example:AFRGEN02becomesAFRGEN.)SincetherearenoexpenditureclasscodesinVoyager,wearekeepingtrackofthedifferentformatsbyusingreportingfunds.Thereportingfundcodes
5、havethesamebasicfundcodeastheallocatedfund(AFRGEN)plusa3-digitexpenditureclasscode.Sinceweonlyhave10charactersforthefundcode,theinitialzeroisdropped.Example:AFRGEN+theexpenditureclasscodeformonographs(0105)minustheinitialzero=AFRGEN105.ThefundnameisAFRGENMonographs;thefundcodeisAFR
6、GEN105.32Sincethemigrationfundsexistedonlyforthepurposeofthedatamigration,youneedtochangethefundfromtheconversionfundtothecorrectreportingfund.Migrationreportingfundname:AFRGENConversionMigrationreportingfundcode:AFRGEN999Correctreportingfundname:AFRGENMonographsCorrectreportingfun
