1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractThefiber-woundcompositematerialspressurevessels(FWPV)withmetalinnerlinerhavebeenwidelyusedinthefrontiermilitarydomainssuchasaerospaceandenergychemicalandothercivilianareasbecauseofitsexcellentperformance,suchaslightweight,highpressureandgoodd

2、esignperformance.Therefore,theresearchandoptimizationdesignwillbeveryimportantinboththeorymeaningandpracticalvalue.Differentwithisotropicstructuressuchassteelcylinders,thestructuresofFWPVareverycomplexbecauseofitsanisotropicmaterialsandthespecialproductionproces

3、s.Inthedomeparts,boththewindingangleandthethicknessvaryalongthemeridianline.Inthispaper,thedifferentialequationoffilamentwindingangleisderivedbasedonthefiberwindingtheory,thedifferentialgeometryandthestressdistributionoffiber.Thentheformulaofthefiberlayerthickne

4、ssandthewindingangleareobtainedbyapproximationandinterpolationmethod.TheFEMmodelsoftheFWPVareestablishedbyANSYSsoftware.ThecalculatingandstrengthcheckingindicatedthatthedangerzoneofFWPVislocatedinthedome.Ahyperellipticfunctionisadoptedasthebasisfunctionfordescri

5、bingthemeridianofthedomeshape.Thedomecontourisoptimizedbytakingtheshapefactor(SF)astheobjectiveandtwoparametersinthebasisfunctionasthedesignvariables.Theconstraintsincludethegeometricallimitations,windingconditionsandtheTsai-Wufailurecriterion.Theoptimumdesignso

6、lutionisobtainedthroughtheparticleswarmoptimizationalgorithm.AndInfluencesoftheslippagecoefficientandthepolaropeningontheSFarealsodiscussed.FinallythebucklinginstabilityofFWPVisresearchedwhenundertheexternalload,theresultshowsthattheabilitytoresistbuckinghasbeen
