2、omeinnovativeiron-makingtechnologieshavebeenputforthorpracticallyapplied,includingapplicationofcarboncompositeironorehotbriquette(cca)andsmeltingreduction.TheCCBisanewtypeironmakingmaterial,whichutilizesthethermalplasticityofcoaltoenhanogitshigh—strengthandOWesexcellentphysicalproperties,bett

3、ermetallurgicalproperties,andwideadaptabilitytorawmaterials.Thesmeltingreductionstandsforanewdirectionofironmakingtechnology,whichdoesnotdependoncokeandcanachieveenvironmentharmony.AccordingtofuelconditionsinOurcountry,anewsmeltingreductionprocessisproposed,namelysmeltingreductionbyshaftfurna

4、cewithCCBastheburdens.Undertheexperimentalcondition,firstly,hightemperaturepropertiesofCCBisresearchedinthestudy.Secondly,accordingtopreviousresearchfindings,thermalmodelexperimentofshaftfurnacein10kgdegreeisinvestigated.Thirdly,materialbalancingcalculation,heatbalancingcalculationandcomprehe

5、nsiveenergyconsumptionisstudied.Tosumup,theconclusionscouldbedrawnasfollows:(1)BychangingthebasicityandFC/OofCCBandrespectiveinvestigatingeachindexofsofteninganddrippingproperty,theconclusionsisdrawnthattheproperrangeofbasicityandFC/Oisrespectively1.0~1.2and1.0~1.08.Temperatureofdrippingisapp

6、roximately1300"(3,whichislowerthancommonpelletandsinter.(2)Ontheconditionthatthecompositionisoptimized(R=1.2,FC/O--1.O),RDI+3.15isOVer97%,RSIislessthan1.8%,crushingstrengthafterreductionandcoolingofheat-treatedCCBislessthanoriginalcrushingstrengthanghigherthan444N/per,whichisbetterthanthatofn
