2、机构设计，冷却机构设计以及排气系统设计。由于电器防尘板的结构简单，本套模具是通过推杆顶出，保证顺利脱模。本次毕业设计课题来源于生活，应用广泛，采用Pro/E来实现三维设计及模具成型零件设计，运用Moldflow分析制件的成型质量，再实现模架的装配，并在产品设计及模具装配过程中，辅助以必要的理论计算，可以大大缩短产品研发周期、模具设计周期，提高产品设计及模具设计的准确性、产品成型质量，降低产品研发、模具设计成本。模具精度满足设计要求，动、定模开合运动平稳，导向准确，无卡阻、咬死或刮伤现象，保证了成形
