1、南京中医药大学硕士学位论文摘要非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)是指存在反流相关症状，内镜检查却未见Barrett食管及食管黏膜破损的一类疾病。现代医学主要运用质子泵抑制剂对其治疗，但疗效不如治疗糜烂性食管炎显著，因此，采用中医药方法对于本病的临床治疗非常重要。在笔者导师多年临床实践的基础上，结合中医理论依据，指出本病病位在食管、胃，与肝脾关系密切。以“胃热壅滞，胃气上逆"为本病主要病理环节。确立理气降逆、清热和中为主要治法。应用自制中成药“管炎灵颗粒"治疗本病，在大量的临床应用中，其疗效得到了有力的验证。研究目的：观察中成药“管炎灵颗粒

2、"在治疗NERD，缓解NERD症状上的疗效与优势，为中成药推广应用于NERD提供临床依据。研究方法：采用数字化随机分组法，将60例入选病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，观察治疗前后2组的临床疗效，对其两者的数据进行统计学分析。研究结果：经4周的治疗后，治疗组总有效率90．096，对照组总有效率为63．3％，2者有显著性差异(P
