1、摘要IIIIIIIllllIIIIIIIlU『Y2403022我国子女抚养费制度远远不能有力地保护未成年人身心的健康成长。本文先试图对子女抚养费的概念进行澄清，再简介我国现行子女抚养费制度，进而分析我国现行子女抚养费制度的缺陷与不足之处，最后对我国的子女抚养制度的完善提出建议与展望。本文基本内容如下：第一章是子女抚养费的概述。包括子女抚养费的概念，法律基础进行分析，特征，作用，新中国成立后的立法概况及其变迁。第二章介绍我国现行子女抚养费的一些具体制度。该章主要包括四节内容：子女抚养费权利义务主体，子女抚养费的数额确定模式，子女抚养费变更，子女抚养费的给付与强制执行制度。第三章分析我国现

2、行子女抚养费制度的缺陷与不足。我国现行子女抚养费制度的缺陷及不足之处主要表现在七个方面。第四章是我国子女抚养费制度的完善建议。在第三章对我国子女抚养费制度存在的缺陷进行分析以后，笔者试图在本章对以上各缺陷提出完善建议。最后，对子女抚养费制度做出总结，并对我国立法提出展望。关键词：子女抚养费；子女抚养费制度：立法缺陷；制度完善IlAbstractABSTRACTChina’Scurrentchildsupportsystemcannoteffectivelyprotectthephysicalandmentalhealthofminors．Thispaperfirstlyattempts
