4、ndtheDoDFieldActivitiesinaccordancewithUSD(AT&L)Memorandumdated29May2002.UFCwillbeusedforallDoDprojectsandworkforothercustomerswhereappropriate.UFCarelivingdocumentsandwillbeperiodicallyreviewed,updated,andmadeavailabletousersaspartoftheServices’responsibilityforprovidingtec

5、hnicalcriteriaformilitaryconstruction.Headquarters,U.S.ArmyCorpsofEngineers(HQUSACE),NavalFacilitiesEngineeringCommand(NAVFAC),andAirForceCivilEngineerSupportAgency(AFCESA)areresponsibleforadministrationoftheUFCsystem.Defenseagenciesshouldcontactthepreparingservicefordocumen
