1、碳纳米管表面接枝聚合物及其对聚合物改性的研究摘要碳纳米管自1991年发现以来,其优异的物理、化学和机械性能,巨大的潜在应用价值得到了全球科学家和研究人员的广泛关注。但由于其表面的特殊结构和内部的强范德华力,致使其几乎不溶于任何溶剂,这就限制了它的应用。本文通过在碳纳米管表面接枝上可用做可逆.加成-裂解.链转移活性聚合2、基丙烯酸甲酯无规共聚物的碳纳米管用于聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚丙烯(PP)、尼龙6(PA6)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)及聚氯乙烯(eve)的改性,制各了一系列碳纳米管聚合物纳米复合材料,主要研究了碳纳米管对聚合物力学性能的影响以及碳纳米管在聚合物中的分散情况,结果表明填充碳纳米管后聚合物的力学性能得到了提高,改性后的碳纳米管在聚合物中的分散情况良好。使用FTIR对碳纳米管接枝聚合物的效果进行分析,利用"rEM对包覆聚合物前后碳纳米管直径的变化进行了观察,利用sEM观察碳纳米管在复合材料中的分散情况,通过力学性能测试研究了填充碳纳米管后纳米复合材料力学性能的变化。关键词:碳纳米管,3、RAFT,纳米复合材料,力学性能GraftingPolymerontoCarbonNanotubesanditsuseinmodificationofpolymerAbstractSincethediscoveryin1991,Carbonnanutubeshaveencouragedthedevelopmentofnewnanoteehnologiesbecauseoftheiroutstandingelectronic,mechanicalandthermalproperties.However,carbonnanotubesarelargemoleculeswitht4、housandsofcarbonatomsinanaromaticdelocalizedsystemandstrongintertubevanderWaalsattraction,theyarepracticallyinsolubleinallsolventsand,consequently,theirapplicationsarelimited.Inthisartical,DithioestercompoundswasgraftedontothesurfaceofcarbonnanotubesaschainstransferagentofRAFT(reversible-a5、ddition-fragmentationchaintransfer)polymerization.Thencopolymerofstyrene(St)andmethylmethacrylate(MMA)weregrownfromthesurfaceofcarbonnanotubesviaRAFTpolymerization.Itwasfoundthatafterwrappedwithpolymerchains,thedispersibilityandstabilizationofCNTsincommonsolventswereimprovedgreatly.Andaser6、iesofcarbonnanotube/ploymernanoeompositeswereprepared,mechanicalpropertyofnanocompositesanddispersionofcarbonnanotubesinpolymermatrixwerestudied,theresultsshowthatmechanicalpropertyofpolymerhaveenhancedbytheadditonofcarbon.Iaanotubes,andcarbonnanotubeshaveagooddispersioninpolymermatrix.FTI7、Rwasusedtodeterminethequalitiyofgraftedcarbonnanotubes.TEMimagesofthecarbonnanotubesprovidedadirectevidencefortheformationofacore—shellnanostructure.SEMimagesareusedtocheckthedispersibilityofcarbonnanotubesincomposites.Keywords:carbonnanotubes,RAFT,nanocomposi
