2、acutelyreducedtheefficientproductionofthetubes,andatpresent,muchresearchworkhavebeendoneaboutfindingtheappropriatesolutiontothespringback.Thispaperconductedthedetailedresearchtoobtaintherulesexistinginthebendingspringbackphenomenonofthestainlesssteeltube
3、andtheAl-alloytube,basedontheelasto-plasticityFEM.Themainresearchcontentandachievementsareasfollows:(1)Basedontheresearchoftheformingmechanismoftubebending,theelastic-plasticFEMsimulationmodelwhichisveryimportanttotheresearchofthespringbackrulesofbending
4、tubehasbeenestablished,theessentialtechnicalquestionstocarryoutthesimulationwastreatedaswell.Thedeformingbodywasdispersedbyeight-nodesolidelement,andsurface-to-surfacecontactelementwasusedforcreatingthecontactpair,besides,theCoulombfrictionmodelwasusedto
5、solvethefrictionquestionsbetweencontactfaces(2)BasedonthetubebendingFEMsimulationmodel,thetubebendingspringbackruleunderthediferentcraftparametersandthematerialparameterswasstudied.Theresultsindicatedthatthespringbackquantityofbenttubegrowswiththeincreas
6、ingoftheelbowpieceangle,therelativebendingradiusandthegapbetweenthecorecraftandthetubewall,fallsdownwiththeincrementofmaterialhardeningindexvalue,andincreaseswiththeincrementofthematerialhardeningcoeficientvalue.(3)Basedontheobtainedbent-tube'sspringback
