1、摘要在全球化和知识经济时代，深刻变化的国际国内环境为资产评估行业提供了更为广阔的发展空间，同时也出现了大量的新情况和新问题，资产评估行业正面临环境所赋予的机遇与挑战。资产评估只有立足于变化的客观环境，不断丰富和完善体系，不断拓展新的评估领域，才能充分实现其功能价值。然而，近年来随着我国资产评估业务的迅速增长以及资产评估机构规模的不断扩大，对于如何建立一个有序的资产评估系统，如何为社会提供合格的资产评估中介服务，如何提供科学、公正的资产评估信息已经成为摆在中国资产评估工作者面前亟待解决的问题。近年来，基于B／S架构式的软件设计与研究取得长足的发展，它在建立高效的系统方面的贡献为我

2、们研究上述问题提供了依据。本文尝试从基于BIS架构的软件设计这一新的视角，探讨资产评估管理系统的实现与设计。本文首先论述了基于B／S架构的资产评估管理系统研究的背景、意义以及文献综述；然后对该评估系统的需求和优势进行了分析；其次阐述了评估管理系统数据库的设计；实现了各模块功能，包括系统管理，人员管理，主体业务管理，业务管理和业务查询等；最后对管理系统进行了测试，结果表明，系统的各项功能达到了预期目标，具有一定的优越性。关键词：B／S架构；资产评估系统；系统测试AbstractIntheperiodoftheglobalizationandintellectualeconomy,
