1、中文摘要摘要本文首先分析了天津港的腹地经济情况，介绍了腹地省、市的经济结构及对天津港吞吐量的贡献情况，然后分析了天津港的港口概况，主要介绍了码头基础设施、泊位、堆场，皮带长廊等设施的数量及技术状况。文章重点对公路、铁路，水运、管道这四个集疏运子系统进行了分析，对公路子系统的现有通道及运输瓶颈，铁路子系统的集装箱班列开通情况，水运子系统的内贸、外贸航线设置情况，管道子系统的主要货主及储油罐线的建设情况都作了深入的阐述。在进行系统评价时，本文首先制作了24份调查问卷，采用专家调查法，确定集疏运系统评

2、价的指标体系，并利用AHP法确定各指标的权重。根据研究问题的特点，本文选择模糊综合评判法进行集疏运系统评价，并选取了上海、青岛、大连作为评判的比照对象，从而得到最终评判结果。然后根据天津港未来吞吐量预测结果，对公路，铁路、集装箱集疏运量进行了合理的预测。在评判和预测结果的基础上，本文对天津港集疏运系统中各子系统的未来建设规划提出了合理建议，同时提出了集疏运系统信息化建设的合理建议以供相关人员参考。关键词：集疏运系统；集琉运通道；集装箱班列；模糊综合评判英文摘要Analysisandplannin
