1、华北电力人学硕士学位论文摘要配电网是电力系统中面向最终用户的关键环节，是目前制约供电可靠性提高的瓶颈所在。提高供电可靠性成为智能配电网发展的一项主要目标之一。加强配电网自动化的建设，利用馈线自动化功能提高供电可靠性已成为当前配电网建设的一项主题。另外在配电自动化的建设过程中，配电终端设备点多面广，是导致配电自动化建设和维护的成本高的主要原因，采用标准化设计，实现即插即用可以有效解决该问题。本论文以分析智能配电网中的馈线自动化的基本要求为出发点，以研究配电网故障快速隔离技术、基于IEC61850标准的配电终端为核心内容，以提供配电网供电可靠性为目标进行研究。采用理论分析、仿真实验

2、和现场测试相结合的方法进行整个研究工作。本论文取得的主要成果有：1)建立了基于IEC61850标准的智能配电终端模型。2)建立了基于IEC61850标准的馈线自动化快速自愈模型。3)建立了基于IEC61850．80．1标准的配电终端之间通信模型。4)建立了基于IEC61850．80．1标准的配电终端与主站通信模型。5)研制了基于上述IEC61850标准模型的配电终端。本论文为基于IEC61850标准的配电终端开发提供了技术积累。关键词：配电终端；IEC61850；快速自愈；对等通信；信息模型华北电力大学硕士学位论文AbstractThedistributionnetworkis
