1、摘要随着改革开放的深入，国内熔模铸造行业的改革和发展也不断加快，其信息化程度不断提高，业务流程不断细化。原有的熔模企业信息管理系统在对新的业务流程的管理过程中逐渐体现其不适应性。因此，为适应现代市场经济发展的需求，应该开发一套贯彻先进管理思想并且实用的熔模企业ERP(企业资源计划)系统。从而实现合理配置和利用资源、降低成本、提高劳动生产率、缩短生产周期、提高客户服务质量。本文首先在对多种先进管理思想和技术(ERP、JIT等)研究的基础上，针对熔模企业的特点，提出了一个面向熔模企业ERP系统的应用框架，给出了其逻辑体系结构。其次，根据ASP.NET技术的特点和面向对象的设计
2、原则，提出了可复用的组件化的设计方案，设计开发了继承于.NET的DataGrid的Web组件HZGrid。并采用此组件对生产管理和权限管理模块进行了开发。实践证明这是一种高效的开发模式，既降低了开发工作量又统一了界面和操作。本文最后对开发过程的积累的经验进行总结，并对熔模企业ERP系统的前景进行了展望。关键词：熔模铸造企业；信息管理系统；ERP；ASP.NETIAbstractAlongwiththereformandopeningupgoingmorewidely,evalutionsanddevelopmentsofdomesticinvestmentcastinge
