1、北京服装学院2010届硕七学位论文酸性染料可染改性聚酯的合成与性能研究摘要本文以IPA、PEG为改性剂,添加层状无机粉体,采用插层聚合法,通过直接酯化一缩聚反应制备改性聚酯,用DSC、TGA、WAXD、SEM等手段对改性聚酯进行了性能研究和结构表征。对不同配比的改性聚酯的纺丝性能及纤维的力学性能、取向因子和染色性能进行了研究,并对酯化反应动力学作了探讨。结果表明:层状无机粉体已较好的分散到PET基质中,它的加入使酯化反应和缩聚反应的时间均有所缩短,酯化反应活化能有所降低。DSC和TGA测试结果表明,加入IPA使改性聚酯的熔融温度Tm和热结晶温度Tmc降低,冷结
2、晶温度Tee升高;加入PEG使改性聚酯的玻璃化温度Tg、熔融温度Tm、热结晶温度Tmc和分解温度TD都降低;加入层状无机粉体使改性聚酯的熔融温度Tm和分解温度都提高。WAXD测试结果表明,加入层状无机粉体的改性聚酯结晶度有所提高,在(100)晶面的晶粒尺寸增大。纺丝实验结果表明,含IPA和层状无机粉体的改性聚酯可纺性较好,且纤维强度较高;含层状无机粉体的共聚酯纤维的声速取向因子提高,而含IPA的共聚酯纤维的取向因子降低。酸性染料染色结果表明,含IPA和层状无机粉体的改性聚酯纤维上染率有一定提高,但与PA6相比,仍有较大差距。本实验得到的较佳染色工艺为:染料浓度
