1、中文摘要摘要船舶是一个移动的系统，船岸之间的信息交互是一个不断发展的研究课题。当前，视频监控相关产品迅速普及市场，对船舶监控的应用与研究也越来越热，有利地促进了海运公司的船舶管理和海事部门的海事监管。论文对视频监控系统的发展概况及趋势进行了综述，简述嵌入式系统的理论基础和应用现状。针对船舶视频监控系统中视频无线传输的研发项目的功能要求，采用嵌入式技术，利用移动通信技术和视频压缩技术，设计并实现了嵌入式Ethernet／CDMA网关。论文构建了基于ARM的Linux交叉开发平台，进行系统的硬件设计和软件体系结构的设计，完成了将来自视频编码器的视频数
