1、论文摘要论文摘要自1984年国家开始设立经济技术开发区至今，开发区建设己经渗透到全国各地并取得了良好的发展，开发区经济快速增长，占我国经济的比重正日益提高，03年仅53个国家级开发区所创造的GDP就占到全国的3.6%。同时，针对目前实际存在的大量开发区盲目建设、重复建设的现象，03年底国家相关部委开始大力整顿并规范开发区建设，一方面，产业定位对于开发区的设立及发展极其重要，它影响并决定着一个开发区的发展方向、规模甚至成败得失;另一方面，不仅那些违规操作的开发区普遍存在产业定位粗放型、随意型的情况，而且包括国家级开发区在内的许多开发区也存在因产业定位不明确而致使发展受到困

2、扰的现象。本文在大量研究国内外开发区实例及相关文献的基础上，首先从开发区产业定位的基本概念及理论渊源入手，着重分析了产业结构及分布的演变规律以及区域产业结构的基本特点和合理化原则，得出开发区产业的基本组成模式;其次，从产业定位的条件与基础作为切入点，分析进行开发区产业定位所需调查了解的各项具体条件因素和针对这些条件因素的评判方式，并进一步提出一种适用性和可操作性较强的开发区产业选择及定位方法;最后，本文选择上海市尚处于开发阶段的一个工业园区进行了实例分析，既作为开发区产业定位理论的一种补充，也是产业定位研究的具体化。关键词:开发区产业定位经济地域运动产业结构主导产业Ab

3、stractAbstractSinceChinabegantosetupthedevelopmentzonesofeconomyandtechnologyin1984,theconstructionofdevelopmentzoneshascoveredallareasofthecountryandmadegoodprogress.Withtheirrapideconomicgrowth,thedevelopmentzoneshaveaccountedforanincreasingproportionofChina'seconomy.In2003,GDPfromonly

4、53nationaldevelopmentzonesaccountedfor3.6%ofthatofthewholecountry.Meanwhile,astothecurrentphenomenaofabundantaimlessconstructionsandreconstructionsofdevelopmentzones,therelevantdepartmentsandcommissionsofChinahavemadegreatefortstoreorganizeandstandardizetheconstructionofdevelopmentzoness

5、incetheendof2003.Ontheonehand,theindustryorientationiscrucialtotheestablishmentanddevelopmentofdevelopmentzones.Itinfluencesanddecidesthedevelopmentdirection,scaleandevensuccessorfailureofadevelopmentzone.Ontheotherhand,notonlythosedevelopmentzonesoperatingagainstregulationshavethecommon

6、problemofextensiveandoptionalindustryorientation,butalsoalotofdevelopmentzones,includingthenationaldevelopmentzones,havetroublesintheirdevelopmentduetothelackofaspecificindustryorientation.Basedonalotofresearchontheexamplesandrelevantdocumentsofdomesticandoverseasdevelopmentzones,thepape

7、rbeginswiththebasicconceptandtheoreticalhistoryofindustryorientationofdevelopmentzonesandlaysemphasisontheanalysisofthedevelopmentrulesofindustrystructureanddistributionaswellasthebasicfeaturesandrationalprinciplesofregionalindustrystructuretoconcludethebasiccomposingmode
