4、missiontoappearance,consistentofcoursewiththereputationofthejournalforcarefulnessofscientificreporting,reviewing,andpreparingeachmanuscriptforpublication.Manuscriptsconstitutingaseriesofpapersshouldbesubmitted,asfaraspossible,atthesametimetoavoidrepetitiousstatement
