1、腹腔镜与开腹广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术治疗早期子宫恶性肿瘤的比较分析贾月改杨晨(南京医科大学附属苏州市立医院本部妇产科江苏苏州215002)【摘要】FI的：对比分析广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术经腹腔镜与开腹手术两种方式的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2012年1月至2013年12月我院40例行腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术(腹腔镜组)与随机选取的同期67例行开腹手术(开腹组)的宫颈癌及子宫内膜癌患者临床资料，对两组手术时间、术中术后情况及并发症等进行比较。结果：腹腔镜组的手术时间明显长于开腹组(P<0.01)；腹腔镜组淋巴结清除数目多于开腹组(P<0.05)；
