1、血浆胆红素吸附在高胆红素血症治疗中的应用1：天津中医药大学天津3000002：天津武清中医医院天津3000003：天津市第一中心医院301700【摘要】目的探讨血浆胆红素吸附在高胆红素血症中治疗效果。方法选取2012年3月・2015年3月我院收治高胆红素血症患者36例为研究对象，根据患者是否接受血浆吸附治疗分为治疗组和对照组，每组18例。对照组采用常规方法治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上采用血浆胆•红素吸附治疗，比较治疗组治疗前后肝功能及两组患者胆红素、治疗结局。结果经治疗后，治疗组血浆吸附治疗后血清TBIL明显下降，PTA明显上升(PV0.05)
2、,ALT和PLT水平下降程度不明显。两组治疗后TBIL均有所下降，治疗组与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05),以治疗后2周最为明显，表明血浆吸附治疗2周对血清胆红素的清除能力最强治疗组最终发生重型肝炎2例，占(5%),无一例死亡，对照组最终发生重型肝炎10例，占(25%),死亡4例，占(10%)。结论血浆胆•红素吸附在高胆红素血症中治疗可协助提高临床疗效，改善患者预后，具有较高临床应用价值。【关键词】血浆胆红素吸附；高胆红素血症；治疗【中图分类号】R874.2【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)09-0116-01
